Service description
Shotree is an AI storyboard exploration workbench. Users upload a reference image, the system analyzes it via AI and Booms out 9 storyboard frames, which can be recursively Boomed into a visual storyboard tree.
Accounts
Users must register an account to use Shotree's core features. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and for all activity under their account. Each individual may register only one account.
Credits and payment
Shotree uses a credit-based billing system. Each Boom (9 storyboard frames) costs a fixed number of credits. New users receive a welcome credit bonus. Credits can be obtained through one-time top-up packs or monthly subscriptions. One-time credits never expire. Subscription credits are granted monthly and can accumulate up to 2× the monthly quota. Failed generations are automatically refunded in full. Credits are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
User content
Users retain ownership of their uploaded reference images and generated storyboard content. Users warrant that uploaded content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. Users grant Shotree a limited license to use and process uploaded content solely as necessary to provide the service. We do not use user content for marketing or sell it to third parties.
AI-generated content
AI-generated storyboard images are created based on user-provided reference images and AI models. Results may vary due to the inherent nature of AI models. Shotree does not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or non-infringement of generated content. Users should independently assess whether generated content is appropriate for their intended use. Shotree uses third-party AI models to generate content and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any model provider. Shotree provides a creative interface built on these models; the quality and characteristics of generated results depend on the underlying model capabilities.
Prohibited conduct
Users must not: Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. Attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the service. Access the service in bulk through automated means (reasonable API integrations excepted). Resell or redistribute access to the Shotree service. Generate sexually explicit, nude, or sexually suggestive content. Generate deepfake, face-swap, or face-manipulation content. Generate hateful, violent, discriminatory, or harassing content. Generate content that infringes on the likeness rights or copyrights of others.
Service availability
Shotree is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to suspend the service for maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure. AI services depend on third-party providers and may be affected by their availability.
Refunds
Failed generations are automatically credit-refunded — no action required. Credits that have been successfully consumed are non-refundable. Subscription refunds follow the refund policy of the Creem payment platform.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shotree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users in advance. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
