Shotree is an AI-powered storyboard brainstorming workbench. This Acceptable Use Policy defines the types of content and behavior that are permitted and prohibited on our platform. By using Shotree, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.
Prohibited content
You may not use Shotree to generate, upload, or distribute: Sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, or sexually suggestive content. Deepfake, face-swap, or face-manipulation content. Content depicting or exploiting minors in any inappropriate manner. Hateful, violent, discriminatory, or harassing content. Content that infringes on the intellectual property, likeness rights, or copyrights of others. Content that promotes illegal activities, terrorism, or self-harm. Misleading or deceptive content intended to defraud others.
Prohibited behavior
You may not: Attempt to circumvent content safety filters or moderation systems. Use the service for automated bulk generation beyond normal creative use. Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Shotree service. Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of the service. Use the service to generate content for spam, phishing, or social engineering.
Enforcement
Shotree reserves the right to: Remove content that violates this policy without prior notice. Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or severely violate this policy. Report illegal content to relevant authorities. Credits consumed on content that violates this policy are non-refundable.
